Flaggers will try to keep at least one lane open <br /> during nightt' a construction, but at times the entire roadway may be closed for brief periods of <br /> up to 15 min es. During the daytime, crews are working along the side of the road, but no lane <br /> closures are i effect. <br /> The cl sores on West 11th are necessary for crews to install storm drainage lines and <br /> traffic signal onduit as part of a $3 million project to improve West 11th Avenue as well as <br /> Willow Creek Road between West 1 lth and West 18th avenues.
