Flaggers will direct traffic during lane closures, and access <br /> i <br /> generally wil be maintained to homes and businesses in the construction area. Non-local traffic <br /> ~ can use Nort est Expressway or Highway 99 as alternative routes. <br /> Once e first phase is completed, crews will install sewers in the section under the <br /> Beltline brid and then between Beltline and Irving Road. Lane and road closures related to the <br /> project will b announced on the City's traffic relief hotline, 984-8484. <br /> The p oject was designed by the Eugene Public Works Department in response to <br /> requests for astewater service from a majority of property owners along that section of Prairie <br /> Road.
