The hotline, available on a 24-hour basis, was installed at <br /> the City's Pe 't and Information Center to help prevent contamination of local waterways via <br /> the stormwater drainage system. Examples of pollutants that may be reported are soil erosion, <br /> concrete wash ut, paint spills and other material spills related to construction sites. <br /> The ho ine is part of the City's Erosion Prevention and Construction Site Management <br /> Practices Progr funded by stormwater user fees.
