A ditionally, some work will be done in the area of West 1 lth Avenue and <br /> halnbers Stree to improve operations in that intersection. <br /> Most of a construction is expected to be completed by early October although some <br /> nish work may extend into late October. Onstreet parking on West 11th will be temporarily <br /> stracted during construction, and workers will make every effort to keep two lanes open for <br /> t ough traffic d ing daytime construction hours. However, at times, particularly during the <br /> aving process, dditional lane closures may be necessary. Westbound motorists are encouraged <br /> t use other rout s such as West 18th Avenue, Eighth Avenue, and Sixth Avenue to avoid <br /> nstruction-rel ed delays.
