Campbell Senior Center is accessible to people with disabilities, and <br /> interpreters can be provided if requested 48 hours in advance. <br /> At the meeting, City staff will seek comments from community residents and organizations <br /> about the location, character and scale of activities and improvements in West Alton Baker Park. At <br /> subsequent meetings the design program, followed by the plan itself, will be shared and revised <br /> according to public comments received. <br /> The western portion of Alton Baker Park comprises approximately 142 acres, of which about <br /> a fourth has been developed for a variety of activities. The West Alton Baker Plan will serve to <br /> guide development and coordinate new improvements within the context of the existing Alton Baker <br /> Master Plan, adopted in 1986. This plan update is intended to be a limited review in that only <br /> features and proposals that are consistent with the 1986 Master Plan will be considered. <br /> People who are unable to attend the meeting are encouraged to send written comments to: <br /> Alton Baker Park Planning, Public Works Maintenance, 1820 Roosevelt Boulevard, Eugene, <br /> Oregon, 97402. All people who attend the meeting and others who request to be listed as interested <br /> parties will receive mailed announcements of subsequent planning meetings.
