To reduce traffic in construction zones, one of the two turns lanes from Franklin <br /> onto East 11th will be closed throughout the project. On East 11th, the contractor will keep two <br /> I~~ westbound traffic lanes open from 7 to 10 a.m. After 10 a.m., only one westbound lane will be <br /> open in active construction zones. At times portions of the street may be closed to through <br /> traffic. <br /> - ne the contractor will close the eastbound lane on East 11th between Hilyard <br /> In mid Ju <br /> and Franklin, and East 11th will be closed to eastbound traffic for the duration of the project. <br /> Lane Transit District anticipates some adjustments to routes and schedules for buses that use East <br /> ' 11th, particularly later this summer for those buses that currently use the eastbound lane between <br /> Kincaid and Franklin.
