The work is being done by Wildish Construction Co., who submitted the low bid of <br /> $895,400. <br /> The contractor will start at High Street and work east for the first phase of the project, <br /> which involves replacing more than 100 wastewater service lines between High Street and <br /> Franklin Boulevard. The project also includes replacing an existing sanitary sewer line on 10th <br /> Avenue between High and Mill streets, and upgrading portions of the wastewater system in <br /> Franklin Boulevard between Onyx and Walnut. <br /> The paving portion of the project includes removing and rebuilding the north travel lane <br /> on East 11th between Kincaid and Pearl streets, rebuilding the full width of East 11th between <br /> Kincaid and Franklin, installing new sidewalk ramps at a number of locations, and overlaying the <br /> <br /> street with a new asphalt surface. <br /> (more) <br /> <br />
