Traffic on Hilyard will be detoured onto East 11th, and <br /> northbound motorists can use High Street as an alternative route. Alder Street will be closed to <br /> through traffic at East 11th Avenue while paving repairs are being made. <br /> In general, motorists and bicyclists are advised to use Franklin Boulevard or other <br /> alternative routes to avoid construction delays on East 11th between Franklin Boulevard and <br /> Pearl Street. <br /> For up-to-date information about City construction projects, call the traffic relief hotline <br /> at 984-8484. <br /> <br />
