Mill and <br /> Ferry streets also will be closed to through traffic at East 11th on Monday. <br /> Police and flaggers will be present to direct traffic at the closed intersections. Motorists <br /> on High Street will be required to turn left at East 11th and can use Oak Street as an alternative <br /> northbound route. <br /> The City of Eugene is making sewer and paving repairs on East 11th between Pearl Street <br /> and Franklin Boulevard. Sewer work on East 11th between High and Patterson streets is nearing <br /> completion, and the first round of paving will begin Monday, weather permitting. <br /> Both westbound turn lanes from Franklin Boulevard to East 11th Avenue were closed <br /> June 17 and will remain closed through Friday, June 21, while manholes are being constructed <br /> on East 11th. After the manholes have been installed, one turn lane from Franklin onto East 11th <br /> will reopen. The eastbound traffic lane on East 11th between Hilyard Street and Franklin has <br /> been closed for the duration of the project.
