However, in many cases little can be done to alleviate the flooding because <br /> the stormw ter drainage system is filled to capacity and there is nowhere for the water to go. In <br /> some areas esidents are also having to deal with backed-up sewers. Earlier in the day the <br /> regional w stewater treatment plant began bypassing the wastewater pumps to help ease <br /> overloaded collection lines. <br /> Eu ne residents who need to report emergency flooding conditions can call the Public <br /> Works Mai tenance Division at 687-5220. <br /> i <br /> i <br /> <br />
