Several streets in the city have been closed due to high <br /> water and ost streets are at least partially flooded, creating very dangerous driving conditions. <br /> As 10:30 p.m. Monday, the following streets have been closed: 18th and 19th avenues <br /> between Hi and and Oak, 18th Avenue between Emerald and Potter, Villard Street south of <br /> Franklin, Agate south of 15th Avenue. The bicycle paths along Amazon Creek and the <br /> <br /> I~~~ Willamette 'ver are ve unsafe and are impassable at a number of locations. <br /> ry <br /> <br /> i Mot rists and cyclists who encounter barricades are urged to find alternative routes and <br /> to not atte t to drive through flooded areas. <br /> Call from concerned residents continued to pour into the Public Works Maintenance <br /> Division as water levels rose higher and higher throughout the evening.
