The drop-in <br /> session begins at 4:30 p.m. and is followed by small group discussions at <br /> 7:00 p.m. <br /> The workshop and forum is the first opportunity for metropolitan area <br /> <br /> 'I residents to submit ideas that will be incorporated into a plan for the park. <br /> Last year,,, citizens of Lane County approved a ballot measure calling for East <br /> i <br /> Alton Bak~r Park to be developed for "passive recreation uses". A Citizens <br /> Committee 'was appointed and is developing the plan. <br /> East Alton Baker Park includes the portion of the park that is mostly <br /> undeveloped running east along the Willamette River and continuing under the <br /> I <br /> freeway into Springfield.
