The <br /> work will require lane closures and detours, and motorists are advised to use <br /> alternate routes during the construction period. <br /> Work is expected to take approximately three months to complete. The <br /> general contractor, Wildish Construction, will do much of the excavation work <br /> at night to minimize the impact on local traffic and businesses in the area. <br /> During the daytime, access will be provided to businesses along West 11th <br /> although driveways may be moved or graveled. At least two lanes will be kept <br /> open during paving. Left turns will be prohibited in the immediate area of <br /> construction activities to reduce the disruption to through traffic. <br /> West Fifth and West Seventh avenues have been designated as detour <br /> routes. ',W~stbound traffic on Highway 126 will be directed to take Broadway <br /> west at Garfield and follow detour signs on West Seventh to Bailey Hill and <br /> West llt~.
