Access will be provided for emergency vehicles. <br /> Northbound motorists are advised to use the Washington-Jefferson Street <br /> bridge on Thursday night. <br /> The bridge paving project is scheduled to be completed by late <br /> September, weather permitting. <br /> i <br /> i <br /> <br />
