At that hearing, the council will be reviewing the <br />establis ment of improvement districts in the areas to be served by the <br />sewers in the three 1990 construction basins as well as the existing sewers <br />that have been installed over the past five years in the River Road area. <br />Ther are a total of eight sewer construction basins in the River Road <br />area lout of Beltline Road, with sewer installation to be completed by 1992. <br />Once work is finished south of Beltline, the project will move north into the <br />Santa Cla a area. <br />Unde a connection schedule set by the federal Environmental Protection <br />Agency an the Oregon Department of Environmental Quality, the City of Eugene <br />is commit ed to hooking up at least 75 percent of the properties in River <br />Road/Sant Clara by 1995, with all properties to be hooked up by 2000. <br />BID SUMMAR <br />Area <br />Basin <br />Basin <br />Basin <br />TOTAL <br />Company <br />A James W.
