This year's <br /> winner is ave Colley, Maintenance concrete crew supervisor for the city of <br /> <br /> I'~, Eugene Pub is Works Department. This is the highest award the APWA can give <br /> to a publi works employee. <br /> City M intenance Director Bob Hammitt said he nominated Colley for his <br /> innovation in service delivery, his exceptional work quality and output, his <br /> improvemen in work procedures and techniques, and his dedication to the <br /> delivery o quality service to community residents. Hammitt said Colley has <br /> - 'ver innovations and has made <br /> developed everal cost saving service deli y <br /> outstandin contributions to employee safety. In addition, Hammitt said, <br /> "Dave and is crew receive numerous commendations from the public and vendors <br /> alit of their work and their ositive, helpful attitude.
