Madison Avenue at 18th Street will be closed to through <br /> traffic du ing the repair work. Residents needing access to Madison must use <br /> 19th Stree All closures will be coned and signed. <br /> Repai s will include removing a section of deteriorated concrete paving <br /> and repour'ng new concrete. The project is funded through the city's street <br /> maintenanc program. <br /> <br />
