Some minor <br /> road repai s will will also occur. The project will be completed by March <br /> 31. One t affic lane may be closed at times, and minimal traffic disruption <br /> is expecte . <br /> <br /> a <br /> The s cond phase of construction will begin Monday, April 1, and will be <br /> completed y May 1, 1991. During this phase, the contractor will widen a <br /> turn lane t the corner of Hilyard and East 11th and will overlay the road <br /> surface on Hilyard between East 11th and East 13th. Only one lane of traffic <br /> will be op n during this phase and traffic delays are possible. <br /> The a ticipated cost for both phases is about $208,000. Sacred Heart <br /> Hospital w 11 pay about $48,000 of the costs to install the street signals <br /> during pha a one, and the city will pay for the rest of the work. <br /> <br />
