The funds will be used to provide the capacity to <br /> support n w development or to reimburse the community for expenditures <br /> already i vested in the reserve capacity in the existing system. The amount <br /> of each S C will generally be based on the amount of impact the development <br /> will have on a particular system. <br /> In J nuary, 1991, the City Council appointed an SDC Task Force of <br /> citizens rom development-related groups and from the public to review the <br /> ~ draft ordnance and recommend revisions.
