The so th lane will be completely closed in a five-block section between <br /> I'Vlashington nd Willamette streets. One lane of traffic will be open on the <br /> ~ newly const ucted north side. <br /> North nd south bound traffic on the side streets may be detoured as a <br /> <br /> iii,,,, result of t e construction. The south side of the intersections at <br /> Vlashington, Lawrence, Lincoln, and Olive streets will be closed. However, <br /> ~:outh bound traffic will be able to turn left onto the new completed north <br /> ~;ide. One ane will remain open at the Charnelton intersection; two lanes <br /> riill be ope for both north and south bound traffic at the Willamette Street <br /> <<nd 13th Av nue intersection. <br /> Both n rth and south lanes along the five blocks of the entire project <br /> viill be com letely closed on October 23 and 24 for final paving.
