The open houses are scheduled for <br /> Thursday, S ptember 19, 6 p.m. to 9 p.m., in EWEB's Training Room, 500 East <br /> ~Eth Avenue, Eugene, and on Tuesday, September 24, 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., at <br /> Eugene City Hall, McNutt Room, 777 Pearl Street, Eugene. <br /> The pl n contains a number of goals and policies that will guide the <br /> City in its actions and decisions affecting trees within the city limits and <br /> will help c'ty staff effectively and equitably manage trees on both public <br /> <<nd private property.
