The street will be closed to all <br /> traffic, b'cyclists, and pedestrians from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. <br /> Accor ing to Ivan Koehn, project supervisor the the city of Eugene, <br /> paving wil take only the one day. Northbound traffic will be unable to <br /> access Fou th Avenue from the Ferry Street Bridge, and southbound motorists <br /> <br /> ~ will not a able to access Ferry Street Bridge from Fourth, Koehn said. All <br /> detours will be posted. <br /> Cust mers can access Eugene Water and Electric Board offices from their <br /> west entr nce at Mill and Fourth. <br /> Duri g the construction project, Wildish Corvallis Construction Co. <br /> <br /> i <br /> rebuilt a d widened Fourth Avenue between High Street and Ferry Street Bridge <br /> to 46 fee with bike lanes along both sides and constructed storm sewers and <br /> curb and utter; street lights will be installed this winter. <br /> The roject was initiated by the Eugene City Council at the request of <br /> <br /> I <br /> EWEB as a condition of the Greenway use permit. <br /> <br /> i <br /> <br /> I <br /> _ _ <br /> <br />
