Temporary <br /> "No Parking" signs will be posted, and vehicles should be moved from the <br /> street and arked outside the work area. <br /> According to Richard Zucker, maintenance supervisor, crews will apply a <br /> <br /> ~ hot rubberi ed asphalt mixture to the cracks and joints in the street. The <br /> mixture pre ents water from intruding into the base of the street and extends <br /> the life of the road, Zucker said.
