At Walker Field, he was able to increase <br /> passenger traffic 30 percent the first year, and in 18 months at <br /> Charlotte ville-Albermarle, daily flights increased from 10 to 40, with a <br /> growth of 39 percent in overall passenger hoardings. <br /> Chris ine Andersen, director of public works, said Boggs is an outstanding <br /> i <br /> airport manager. "He has a broad range of experience in air service <br /> developmen marketing, and economic development as well as skills in airport <br /> operations and financial management.
