The closure will continue until <br /> construc ion is completed, about November 1. <br /> Exc vation along Irving Road began this week. The City intended to <br /> keep the road open for one lane of traffic, but was advised by the State <br /> Safety a d Accident Prevention Division to close the road during the constuc- <br /> tion pro ect for safety reasons. <br /> Residents living along that portion of Irving Road will be allowed <br /> vehicula access, however, all other traffic will be detoured until the <br /> construc i'on is completed. <br /> <br /> i .;F,; ,Ai. <br /> _~~,:;s- <br /> <br />
