CLARB is the national professional licensing body <br /> for landsc architects and is composed of a board representing 7,000-8,000 members from 42 <br /> states. As resident, Martin will direct the Board as it develops and administers the annual <br /> licensing a amination that determines which landscape architects may practice professionally. <br /> Over th last five yeazs, Martin has been CLARB director for Region V, CLARB second vice <br /> ~ president, LARB first vice president, and was chair of the Oregon State Board of Landscape <br /> i <br /> Architects om 1982-1985. <br /> <br />
