<br /> v <br /> EXHIBIT `A' -Scope of Services , <br /> Addendum #1 to Contract No. 2004-05324 <br /> Skinner Butte Park Phase 1 Trail Improvements: <br /> Survey, Design and Traii Construction Documents <br /> 1) Field survey priority trail routes from Skinner Butte Trail Plan after finalizing alignment for <br /> new trail construction and reconstruction as approved under the existing budget and city <br /> agreement. Reference survey using wire flags and stakes, including special structures. <br /> PRODUCT: On site referenced survey of trail alignments, reconstruction items and <br /> special structures. <br /> 2) Create project design standards using the general design standards recommended in the <br /> Skinner Butte Trail Plan. <br /> PRODUCT: Design standard sheet(s) for the specific construction projects proposed, <br /> reviewed by the city representative before design commences (printed and digital copy). <br /> 3) Produce a project work summary and preliminary drawings. <br /> PRODUCT: Rough drafted project work summary and preliminary drawings to be <br /> reviewed by city representative (printed copy). <br /> 4) Finalize project work summary and trail contract drawings. <br /> PRODUCT: Final project work summary and trail contract drawings (digital and printed). <br /> 5) A specification list shall be made and referenced to the parent specifications contained in <br /> the Standard Saecifications for Construction and Maintenance of Trails. The <br /> specification list shall include special specifications needed to include all specified work <br /> within the contract. <br /> PRODUCT: Section C for the public works contract which includes the work summary, <br /> standard and special specification list. Section C shall also contain the written special <br /> specifications not included in the standard specifications (digital and printed copy). <br /> 6) A Schedule of Items shall be produced using the final work summary and drawings to <br /> quantify all work required in the contract including trail construction, reconstruction and <br /> trail obliteration. The Schedule of Items shall include base items that will be lower in total <br /> cost than the funds available for trail construction. Additive items will be included also <br /> that may or may not be constructed using this trail contract depending on the price of the <br /> bids. <br /> PRODUCT: Section B (Schedule of Items) for the public works contract including all cost <br /> items and quantities within the contract (digital and printed copy). <br /> 7) An Engineers Cost Estimate shall be accomplished for all the items included in the <br /> Schedule of Items. <br /> PRODUCT: An Engineers Cost Estimate for base items and all additive items (digital <br /> and printed copy). <br /> 8) A project map shall be created and will become a portion of the engineering drawings. <br /> <br />
