t <br /> AMENDMENT #1 <br /> TO <br /> PERSONAL SERVICES CONTRACT # 2004-05324 <br /> On November 15, 2003, contract # 2004-05324 was entered into by the City of Eugene and <br /> LLW, Inc. for creation of a trail system redevelopment plan for Skinner Butte Park. The <br /> contract lays a detailed foundation for trail improvement projects generally outlined in the 2002 <br /> Skinner Butte Park Master Plan. In order to pursue the first phase of trail improvements, the <br /> City of Eugene and LLW, tnc. would like to amend the contract as follows: <br /> The scope of work shall be amended to include services described in Attachment `A' to this <br /> addendum. <br /> Section 2 is hereby amended to change the time of completion for the amended scope of work <br /> to December 31, 2004. <br /> Furthermore, the City of Eugene and LLW, Inc. have mutually agreed upon an additional <br /> contract amount of $5000 as compensation for the above-described scope of work. <br /> All other terms and conditions shall remain the same. <br /> City of Eugene Contractor <br /> By: By: <br /> (s~g~a~) (sin ) <br /> Johnny R.
