Manage meetings, deliverables, quality control, and <br /> assignments, and maintain communication. <br /> Meetings: 1 meeting(s) with WBGS design team, no meeting(s) with consultants. <br /> Deliverables: Invoices and schedules. <br /> Assignment: WBGS <br /> C.8 Fee proposal, this phase: $7,825 <br /> The remaining phases are not included in the original fee proposal, but will be included in <br /> the subsequent fee proposal. This information is included for roference only. <br /> Phase D -Construction Documents <br /> The purpose of this phase is to refined the DD work, and to prepare documents suitable for <br /> obtaining building permits, and for construction, including competitive bids for construction <br /> contracts. <br /> D.1 Construction Documents -Design and Drawings <br /> Task: Based on approved Design Development documents and budget, along <br /> with review comments, prepare construction documents suitable for bids <br /> and permit. Prepare engineering calculations. Comply with applicable <br /> codes.
