Overall site plan, develop in collaboration with City of Eugene <br /> landscape staff. <br /> 2. Site Demolition <br /> 3. Sidewalks adjacent to the building <br /> 4. Provide Architectural design of buildings illustrated by: <br /> a. Floor Plan <br /> b. Ceiling Plan <br /> c. Roof Plan <br /> d. Exterior Elevations <br /> e. Building Sections <br /> f. Interior Elevations <br /> g. Room Finishes <br /> h. Doors & Windows <br /> C.3 Specifications <br /> Task: Update prototype architectural specifications, and provide redlines on <br /> Mechanical, and Electrical specifications from previous project based on <br /> refinements. Provide product cut sheets of products previously <br /> specified. <br /> <br /> ! As noted above, this building is part of a larger project lead by the City <br /> of Eugene. The specifications for the building, which will be based on <br /> the standard 16 division CSI format, will be incorporated into the project <br /> specifications, which will be based on a public works format. Divisions 3 <br /> <br /> ! (concrete) through 16 (electrical) will be prepared by the design team. <br /> The other related specification information, incuding bidding <br /> <br /> j information, and site requirements will be prepared by COE staff in the <br /> standard PW format, and reviewed by the design team for sidewalks. <br /> Meetings: See below. <br /> <br /> j Deliverables: Draft architectural specifications, comments on sections by others, and <br /> product cut sheets. <br /> Assignment: WBGS <br /> <br /> i <br /> C.4 Code Compliance <br /> Task: Comply with applicable codes. Note: Anew building code is in effect in <br /> Oregon as of October 1, 2004, and the prototype was developed under <br /> the previous code.
