We recommend an allocation of $250 for reimbursable expenses in addition to <br /> this proposal. <br /> Phase A -Preliminary Design <br /> Services of this phase are not included in this proposal. <br /> Phase B -Schematic Design <br /> Services of this phase are not included in this proposal. <br /> Phase C -Design Development <br /> The purpose of this phase is to refine the conceptual design and confirm the building <br /> systems. <br /> C.1 Review Prototype -This task has been deleted from the proposal. <br /> C.2 Design Development <br /> Task: Based on the prototype and comments from the Owner, prepare <br /> drawings to fully define the materials, systems, and layout of the project. <br /> Complete work to 60% complete construction documents. Comply with <br /> applicable codes (see below).
