Prepare Draft Final (90%} Construction Plans. PWR will advance the completion of the construction
drawings to approximately 90%. The plans will be produced with the City's drafting standards and the layout
and format will be similar to the plans produced by the City for the Dragonfly project. The City will provide
PWR with a copy of the Dragonfly plans. All received comments as agreed to from the City at the 60% plan
review will be incorporated into the plans. At this point the documents should be substantially complete
except for minor details and notes. All plans and specifications shall comply with any known requirements of
permits and shall reference permits as being included with the contract. The submittal will include draft final
technical specifications (see Activity 2 Prepare Technical Specifications below) and an updated Engineer's
cost estimate. The draft final submittal will be presented to the City for review.
2. Prepare Technical Specifications. The technical specifications will be developed under this task to
supplement the City's contract boilerplate documents. An outline set of specifications along with some special
conditions specifications were developed for Task 2, Activity 1 Prepare Preliminary Construction Plans as
noted above. This task also covers preparation of the final technical specifications as noted for Activity 5
Submit Final Construction Documents Package outlined below. Technical specifications will be incorporated
into the design drawings where possible.
3. Draft Final Plan Review Conference Call. Following the submittal of the draft final plan packages, PWR
will participate in a plan reviewconference call with the City to receive review comments. The City will
coordinate the meeting including the notification to the invited participants.
4. Prepare For and Attend a Public Involvement Meeting (Optional} If desired, PWR will prepare for and
attend a community meeting to be arranged for and coordinated by the City or others. The purpose of the
meeting would be to present the draft final plans to the neighbors. PWR will coordinate with the City to
develop materials to facilitate this meeting. These materials will consist of up to two drawings from the
construction documents package refornlatted and plotted at 24" x 36". In addition, PWR will update the 8-1/2"
x 11"project description sheet prepared earlier for the first public involvement meeting to assist in describing
the project. PWR's participation in the meeting will be limited to answering technical questions involving our
area of expertise.
5. Submif Final Construction Documents Package. PWR will complete the plans and specifications in
preparation of the final documents package. All received comments as agreed to from the City in the plan
review meeting (i.e. Activity 3) will be incorporated into the final submittal. The submittal will include
drawings, technical specifications and an updated Engineer's cost estimate.
6. Project Coordination. This activity will include project management and coordination during the final
design task. Services include preparation of monthly progress reports and invoices.

PWR Deliverables:
• Draft Final Plan Submittal Package (90% completion)
• Final Construction Plan Submittal (100% completion)
• Technical Specifications (no Construction Contract Boilerplate)
• Engineer's Construction Cost Estimate
• (Optional) One revised 8-112" x 11"project description sheet (i.e. remove this deliverable if public
involvement meeting is not optioned)
• Monthly Status Reports and Invoices
