Franklin Blvd. pedestrian refuge island, <br /> ? Access ramps for Franklin and Alder, <br /> ? Sidewalk and driveway improvements along Franklin Blvd. to Hilyard St. <br /> ? Negotiate concurrence among owners of property adjacent to the project. <br /> ¦ Provide copy of the application and the final permit to City of Eugene. <br /> Option Two services include: <br /> ¦ Design for the reconstruction of a new commercial driveway centered on the <br /> property line between tax lots 1601 and 5100. Also included will be the design <br /> for extending the existing `setback' sidewalk. <br /> ¦ Design for widening the existing narrow concrete walk on the north side of <br /> Franklin Blvd. <br /> ¦ Coordinating the removal and/or replacement of a power pole with Eugene <br /> Water and Electric Board, if necessary. <br /> Negotiate a 'Joint Access & Maintenance' agreement between the property <br /> owners of tax lots 1601 and 5100 for a proposed new driveway. <br /> Option Three services include: <br /> ¦ Design for reconstruction of the existing concrete and pavement surfaces <br /> from the widened concrete walk referenced in Option Two and ending at <br /> Hilyard Street. Includes new curbs, gutters, sidewalks, and two new <br /> driveways. <br /> This proposal does not include the following work: <br /> Assembly of bid package <br /> Traffic control plan <br /> Advertising for bid proposals <br /> Awarding of contract <br /> Contractor's construction permits. <br /> Construction inspection and supervision <br /> ~ Right-of--way or property line adjustments or negotiations. <br /> <br />
