Respond to contractor inquiries, as requested by City. <br /> ? Assist in issuing change directives and change orders for issuance by the City, as requested by City <br /> ? Provide daily site inspection services for each alley project, arrange for construction materials <br /> sampling and testing, provide inspection notes, and provide project certification. (Our proposal is <br /> based on a total of I S working days of construction per alley with 3 hours per day of inspection per <br /> alley.) <br /> ? Provide as-built survey. <br /> ? We will provide the field work and data reduction necessary to provide grade and alignment <br /> information for the alleyway and drainage improvements. <br /> ? We will provide as-constructed information to the engineer in the form of drawing files, ASCI <br /> point files and copies of field notes. <br /> ? Provide as-built documents. <br /> ? Provide City with as-built drawings, calculations, and other record documents. <br /> ? Provide as-built drawings to the City in electronic forma <br /> Assumptions <br /> ? The City will prepare the Special Provisions, assemble the packages, advertise the project for bid, <br /> reproduce documents and issue documents to bidders, plan centers and utility companies, and <br /> administer plan holder deposits. <br /> ?
