However, our fee is based on the <br /> assumption that you will award us the work of Alleys # 16, 6, and 17 and that potentially you will award <br /> <br /> us the work of Alley # 10, and that all alleys will be constructed under one project. We have provided <br /> <br /> the separate fees for your use. <br /> BHE will provide the above-defined services on an hourly basis not to exceed the maximum fee listed on <br /> <br /> the attached spread sheets. The costs have been modified to reflect the changes outline herein. <br /> Services will be billed in accordance with the rate schedule as shown below. An estimate of the fee for <br /> each phase of work is detailed. We can begin work immediately upon notice to proceed. We would <br /> recommend that the City establish a schedule identifying specific interim dates for the submittal of <br /> preliminary drawings, check sets, etc., in conjunction with the other alley projects proposed by the City <br /> and/or their other consultants. We can assist the City with the establishment of a schedule should you <br /> desire our input. <br /> My role on the project will be Principal-In-Charge and overall project manager. DeLayne "Corky" <br /> Brown will be the project team leader and will have the primary responsibility for design and drawing <br /> production. Corky will be assisted by two other staff members who will be dedicated to the project <br /> throughout its duration. We have preliminarily identified two other staff members for these roles. All <br /> other staff members that would be assigned to the project have the EIT credential, with at least four years <br /> of professional experience. <br /> Thank you for the opportunity to present our proposal.
