Arrange and attend utility coordination meeting with utility company representatives. <br /> ? Site visit(s). <br /> ? Provide design topographic survey. <br /> ? Place flyers, provided by the City, on the doors of all single residences and on the door of the <br /> manager's unit for all multi <br /> family residences. <br /> ~ Show all property and rights-of--way lines in relationship to any existing site improvements. <br /> The right-oj-way boundary will be established from record documents and field ties to existing <br /> monumentation. No boundary survey is anticipated. <br /> ? Establish on-site horizontal and vertical control consisting of at least two semi-permanent <br /> points. Elevations will be based on City of Eugene datum and the originating benchmark will <br /> be noted on the final drawings. <br /> ? We will locate the street improvements at both ends of the alley to the middle of the traveled <br /> street and fifty feet either way from the intersection of the alley. <br /> ? Locate existing structures, paving and improvements within the project area, including <br /> entryways, vents and utility service points and meters on nearby buildings. <br /> ? Spot elevations to the nearest .1 foot will be taken and shown on an approximate 25 foot grid in <br /> non-paved areas, with contours at 0.20 foot intervals. Intermediate shots will be taken as <br /> necessary at high and low spots to accurately show ground relief; error shall not exceed one- <br /> halfcontour interval. <br /> ? Spot elevations to .O1 foot will be taken at 25 foot intervals on concrete structures and edge of <br /> paving lines and on a 50 foot grid pattern on all asphalt or concrete surfaces. <br /> ? Locate all trees two (2) inches and greater in diameter and show with the diameter and <br /> common name on the drawing. No Landscape Architect will be involved and some species <br /> may be identified as "unknown". <br /> ? Show those utility locations which can be determined from records, One Call Locate markings, <br /> and field location of visible components. <br /> ? We will locate any other readily apparent features that may affect the design. <br /> ? Drawings will be prepared using Land Development Desktop at a scale of 1 "=20'. The Owner <br /> and all Design Team members will be provided drawings in electronic format, as well as with <br /> signed and sealed copies. <br /> ? Research City and/or utility companies records for as-builts. <br /> ? Prepare plan/profile drawings, including construction site management plan for alley improvements, <br /> structural details for modular block retaining wall system (similar to Key Stone), and details not <br /> provided by City. Prepare check sets for submittal to City for review at approximately 50 and 85 <br /> percent completion. <br /> ? Prepare final drawings for City review, revise drawings as requested, and prepare and~submit final <br /> drawings to City. <br /> <br /> ? Provide unit price bid schedule with construction cost estimates. Prepare check sets for submittal <br /> to City for review at approximately 50 and 85 percent completion. <br /> <br /> ? Prepare final unit price bid schedule with construction cost estimates for City review, revise as <br /> requested, and prepare and submit final bid schedule to City. <br /> <br />
