<br /> ' EMPLOYEE DRUG TESTING PROGRAM:
<br /> Pursuant to ORS 279.312(2), ail contractors
<br /> and subcontractors working on public im-
<br /> provement contracts shall demonstrate that
<br /> an employee drug testing program is in
<br /> place. A cert'rficate of Bidder/Contractor of
<br /> Employee Drug Testing Policy shall be sub-
<br /> mitted with the bid.
<br /> The proposed contract is subject to the fol-

<br /> 1. The proposed contract is under and sub-
<br /> ject to Executive Order 11245 of September
<br /> 24, 1986, and to the Equal Employment Op-
<br /> portunity (EEO) and Federal Labor

<br /> less than the minimum wage rates estab-
<br /> lished by the U.S. Secretary of Labor.
