<br /> „ Task 2 Deliverables <br /> Contractor shall: <br /> • Provide aBaseline/Reconnaissance Report to Agency within 30 calendar days from NTP. <br /> Task 3. Programmatic Agreement Memorandum (PA Memo) for Minor 'I`iaisportation <br /> Projects <br /> ODOT has a Programmatic Agreement with SHPO that allows Agency to obtain archaeological <br /> clearances for minor transportation projects through a memorandum to file. The PA Memos are <br /> compiled in a notebook at the end of the year and submitted to SHPO. The PA Memo includes <br /> information from scoping trips or reconnaissance surveys, maps, and photos. The Agency <br /> Archaeologist will keep the final PA Memo on file to be submitted to SHPO at the end of the <br /> year. <br /> If a site is located within the API, then the project is automatically elevated out of the <br /> Programmatic Agreement and a technical report and site forms are required to be submitted to <br /> SHPO for review and compliance. This will follow the Phase One Archaeological Survey under <br /> Task 3.2. <br /> The PA Memo required under this task shall include results of the literature review and scoping <br /> trip; a description of the API; a detailed project description, methodology, recommendations for <br /> future work, site protection measures or avoidance azeas, a summary, maps, and photos. <br /> As part of development of the PA Memo, Contractor shall conduct: <br /> • A Literature Review for the project area, as identified in Task 2. <br /> • A Field Reconnaissance (scoping trip), as identified in Task 2. <br /> Task 3.1. . ~:D~liyerles <br /> • Contractor shall provide a PA Memo to Agency within 60 calendar days from NTP. <br /> 'X'asjC .4.: Project ~ls~st <br /> Contractor shall establish a file system for electronic and hazd copy files of all final documents <br /> prepazed by Contractor. At the conclusion of the Project, Agency shall be supplied with an <br /> electronic copy of all documents produced and a hard copy of the project file. <br /> All final document files, including original research files, that are the responsibility of Agency to <br /> prepare according to this Scope shall be filed and maintained by Agency. <br /> F. COST AND METHOD OF COMPENSATION <br /> Payment for services will be made upon receipt of the Contractor's billing statement for work <br /> completed to date. This statement shall include a summary of progress made through the date of <br /> billing and shall not be submitted more frequently than once a month.
