Contractor shall correct the identified deficiencies within the time specified in <br /> the notice and at no cost to Agency. If the corrective work causes delays in Contractor's Services, <br /> then Contractor shall submit a plan for regaining the delivery schedule for remaining Services <br /> under this SOW, unless otherwise allowed by Agency. If the identified deficiencies have not been <br /> corrected within the specified timeline, then Agency may (i) terminate this SOW without <br /> payment or any further obligation or liability of any kind to Contractor or (ii) require Contractor <br /> to continue to correct the deficiencies, reserving this same right to terminate at any time. <br /> Archaeology Scope of Work <br /> <br />
