In the 2nd paragraph, delete "with the <br />exception of the removal of the existing electrical vault, which shall only be removed to <br />the top of the foundation, and its foundation shali remain." <br />(CHANGE) P-152 EXCAVATION AND EMBANKMENT <br />(ADD) SECTION 152-2.1 GENERAL. Add after the second paragraph: <br />"All areas under pavement or under the future building shall be stripped to a depth of <br />12 inches." <br />(CHANGE) SECTION 152-2.4 PREPARATION OF EMBANKMENT AREA. Delete "The quantity <br />of stripping excavation shall be paid .for as Unclassified Excavation." <br />~r (ADD) SECTION 154-2.1 MATERIALS. Material meeting the gradation requirements of <br />ODOT 1-1/2" minus may be used. <br />(CHANGE) P-158 REMOVING MISCELLANEOUS STRUCTURES <br />(CHANGE) SECTION 158-2.2 DISPOSING OF MATERIALS. Change the second and third <br />paragraphs to read as follows: <br />Dispose of concrete stone, brink and other materials not designated to be savaged off <br />airport property. <br />Remove base mounted taxiway lights and signs along with transformers. All lighting <br />equipment that is not reused for this project shall be salvaged for reuse by the airport <br />for inventory stock. Remove existing light fixtures from the poles and deliver both to <br />the airport as directed by the Engineer. <br />Removal and salvage of ineter pedestal shall include removal of wire f~om meter <br />pedestal back to source and (oads. Existing conduits from meter pedesta! sha!! be cut <br />off 18 inches below grade and abandoned in place. Existing meter pedestal shall be <br />salvaged and turned over to the airport at a location designated by the airport in <br />acceptable working order. Damage caused by during removal of ineter pedestal shall <br />be the sole responsibility of the Contractor and corrective action shall be made to the <br />satisfaction of the Engineer.
