The recycled asphalt concrete mix shal! be designed using <br />procedures contained in the Asphalt Institute's Manual Series Number 2(MS-2). The <br />percentage of asphalt in the RAP shall be established for the mixture design according <br />to ASTM D 2172 ~sing the appropriate dust correction procedure. The job mix shall <br />meet the requirements of paragraph 401-3.2 and RAP shall not be used on surface <br />courses.
