III. REQUIREMENTS <br />The City of Eugene requires 200 audible pedestrian signals, push buttons and control units. All <br />shall be model, "4 Wire Navigator System", manufactured by Polara Engineering Inc. per the <br />specifications in Section IV and Attachment 1 or approved equal. <br />Color shall be black. Please see Attachments 2 and 3 for reference. <br />All product shall be shipped FOB Eugene to 1820 Roosevelt Boulevard, Eugene, Oregon <br />97402. All products must be received by the City no later than Friday, March 30, 2007. <br />
