ORS 192.501(2). Therefore, non-disclosure of <br />documents or any portion of a document submitted as part of a quote may depend upon <br />official or judicial determinations made pursuant to the Public Records Law. <br />6.2 The above restrictions may not include cost or price information which must be open to <br />public inspection. <br />
