The creditor and issuer of the Voyager Fleet Card is U.S. Bank, through its <br /> <br />service provider, Voyager. <br /> <br /> <br />2. Subject to credit approval by Contractor, a Card Credit Limit (a "CCL") for each <br /> <br />Card and an Aggregate Credit Limit (the "ACL") for all Cards shall be established by <br /> <br />Contractor. <br /> <br /> <br />A. Revising the ACL. Contractor, at its sole discretion, shall have the <br /> <br />right to revise the ACL. Contractor shall provide notice to Oregon Agency of any decrease <br /> <br />in the ACL which results in a revised ACL that is lower than the aggregate current amount <br /> <br />outstanding on all Cards. Upon such event, Oregon Agency shall have forty-five (45) days <br /> <br />to make a payment to Contractor that is sufficient to reduce the aggregate current amount <br /> <br />outstanding to an amount that is equal to or less than the revised ACL. <br /> <br /> <br />B. Revising CCLs. Contractor, at its sole discretion, shall have the right <br /> <br />to revise any CCL and/or limit spending activity on Oregon Agency Card(s) issued under the <br /> <br />Price Agreement. Also, Contractor may temporarily revise any ACL and/or limit spending <br /> <br />activity on Oregon Agency Card(s) issued under the Price Agreement for which fraudulent <br /> <br />activity is suspected. <br /> <br /> <br />3. Oregon Agency shall make payment to U.S. Bank for all Debt incurred by Oregon <br /> <br />Agency, its Cardholders and Accountholders as provided in the Price Agreement. "Debt" <br /> <br />means all amounts charged to a card and/or account under this Price Agreement including <br /> <br />without limitation all amounts related to purchases, fees and other Charges that are owed <br /> <br />to Contractor by Oregon Agency, its Cardholders and Accountholders. <br /> <br /> <br />4. All Cards shall be set up and maintained pursuant to the Price Agreement terms <br /> <br />and conditions and the Voyager fleet card program policies and procedures. Disputes <br /> <br />regarding Account Charges or invoices must be communicated to Contractor in writing and <br /> <br />must be received by Contractor within sixty (60) days after the date on the invoice on <br /> <br />which the disputed or incorrect Account Charge first appeared. Any Card with an <br /> <br />outstanding balance greater than ninety (90) days may be subject to suspension and/or <br /> <br />cancellation. <br /> <br /> <br />5. The signer of this form represents and warrants that he or she is duly authorized <br /> <br />to enter into transactions of this nature.
