At a minimum each Card shall be embossed with the following: <br /> <br /> <br />1. Vehicle license plate number (may be omitted at Participant's <br /> <br />option) <br /> <br />2. Specific state name <br /> <br />3. Participant name <br /> <br />4. Account number <br /> <br />5. Expiration date with the wording "Valid Thru", "EXP", or similar <br /> <br />language, prior to or above the date. <br /> <br />6. A 20-digit alphanumeric code for Participant use <br /> <br />(may be omitted at the option of the State) <br /> <br />7. Contractor's customer service toll-free number shall be printed on the backside of <br /> <br />every card. <br /> <br /> <br />Standard embossing options for vehicle specific cards are: <br /> <br />Line 1: Vehicle No. 123456 (4-6 numeric digits) <br /> <br />Line 2: 22 characters total (account name) <br /> <br />Line 3: 17 characters total (VIN, License Vehicle Description, etc) <br /> <br /> <br />Special embossing options are: <br /> <br />Line 1: Up to 25 characters <br /> <br />Line 2: Up to 25 characters <br /> <br />Line 3: Up to 17 characters <br /> <br /> <br />B. Customized Design: If requested by a Participant, the Contractor shall also provide the <br /> <br />following two (2) design options: <br /> <br /> <br />1. Unique Participant Design: A Card embossed with Participant's unique emblem or <br /> <br />identification as defined by Participant. On the backside of the Card, the Participant <br /> <br />shall have the option of adding a Participant phone number to call for such things as pre- <br /> <br />authorized service. Additional text may be added on the backside of the Card. Each Card <br /> <br />would also include the same information as the standard Card design. <br /> <br /> <br />2. Standard: A Card showing no association with the State or Participant. Generic Cards <br /> <br />issued under this Contract will be subject to all other terms and conditions of this <br /> <br />Contract. Each generic Card shall be embossed with the following: <br /> <br /> <br />a. Vehicle license plate number (may be omitted at Participant's <br /> <br />option) <br /> <br />b. Account number (not readily identifiable to either <br /> <br />State) <br /> <br />c. Card expiration date with the wording "Valid Thru", "EXP", or similar language, prior to <br /> <br />or above the date: <br /> <br /> <br />3.2 Card stock shall be of a quality available to resist warping and breakage. Cards shall <br /> <br />meet the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) specifications for credit cards. <br /> <br /> <br />3.3 Cards must also be accepted at State of Oregon fueling sites. Cards must be readable <br /> <br />and identifiable by existing State fueling systems. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />3.4 The State of Oregon currently uses the following fuel systems: <br /> <br /> <br />Gas Boy <br /> <br />Fuelforce System by Multiforce Systems Corp. <br /> <br /> <br />Contractor can set up any private site to accept the Voyager card.
