GENERAL RECOMMENDED MAINTENANCE: The maintenance item listed <br /> below currently does not impact the structural integrity of the <br /> project but is recommended to prevent major repairs in the future. <br /> a. Remove encroachments within the project right-of-way which <br /> limit access for maintenance operations and during times of <br /> flooding. Ensure encroachments are coordinated with the City and <br /> the Planning & Engineering Division of the Corps of Engineers, <br /> Portland District. <br /> 9. CONCLUSION AND RATING: Overall, the Amazon Creek Channel <br /> Improvement project is in good condition. The maintenance program <br /> is well executed.
