14. How does condemnation of private property for wetland restoration equate to the "public <br /> good?" <br /> 15. Bill Disher would like to know what the schedule is for approval/granting of additional <br /> federal funding for this project, at least 4-6 weeks before such funding will be <br /> approved. <br /> 16. Of the two wells located on Kennedy property: GHS and Kennedy share one well; <br /> Patrick uses the other well, solely. These two wells were drilled in 1986. Of the two <br /> wells located on Disher property: Epplett and Heeter share one well; Disher uses the <br /> other one, solely. Per these owners, these two wells were probably drilled in the early <br /> eighties. Kimball Lewis (GHS) had GHS water tested (questions the quality), but hadn't <br /> received results by the time of this meeting. Cathy Kennedy had no problems with her <br /> water quality. <br /> 17. Timing of notices to property owners: recommendations done in 1993; May 1995 was <br /> when the first property owner notice was sent. <br /> 18. What is the legal precedent for condemnation? <br /> 19. Seeing a berm from the existing homes is visually unappealing. <br />
