Two questions I have: Are we talking only about the property east of&including the Bridle <br /> Trail, or the west parcel also? <br /> And is the citizen participation for cost savings, PR, or both? <br /> We have flagged the property boundary (fortunately Bill Guile just completed a property survey) near the creek <br /> on the east parcel, and Dal & Ed are ready to do a rough delineation. We have the title report &are plotting <br /> easements. Russ is beginning his appraisal process, and expects to be done in mid-March. In addition, Ann Leong has spoken <br /> with Bruce Newhouse and he is willing to do a native plant <br /> assessment of the area we are interested in for path <br /> development. John Koenig (sp?) is also willing to assist in a <br /> native plant assessment for the whole parcel if we can offer <br /> him some help. That would need to happen in May-June. <br /> Jennifer Guard has volunteered to help with wetland <br /> delineation in late March-early April. Ann is continuing to <br /> work with the runners group to see what kind of interest they <br /> have in fund raising to purchase parcel and/or helping with <br /> path construction. I haven't heard from Barbara Keller yet <br /> about her contact with Yuri Samir(biker group). I feel like <br /> we need to have a coordination meeting about this issue so we <br /> all know who and what is going on.
