I noticed that the <br /> integrity of the orange construction fencing between phase I and IV was compromised by the <br /> storage of large sewer pipes on and beyond the fencing. I understand that the fencing was <br /> installed to protect the remaining walnut trees. However, breaching the fence may severely <br /> impact the roots of some of the remaining trees. <br /> I suggest that any tree protection language in the contract be vigorously enforced to <br /> preserve the remaining trees.
