She said we feel it is a little premature as we are still paying the property <br /> taxes, are landlocked, and there are no property pins to mark the property line. They put it <br /> on hold until the landlocked issue is solved. One person asked, "How in the world could <br /> they purchase that with you being landlocked?" That's what we'd like to know! <br /> The same day we received a call from Dave Collier(Surveyor). He said the City is <br /> having him franticly work an easement to the east. I told him I was land locked and trying <br /> to obtain a loan. He said that he was upset at the City, because a few months ago he tried <br /> to complete the project and the City told him that project has been put on hold, "don't do <br /> any more on it, it has been shelved."Now they call and want it done ASAP. <br /> 4/04 <br /> Dave Collier brought some papers the City wants us to sign. I glanced through and there <br /> was a"Notice of Annexation Agreement". I told Mr. Collier that I have an agreement with <br /> the City that I don't have to annex. He said that he was not aware of that and I shouldn't <br /> sign the paper if that's a fact He will be in touch. <br /> 5/12/04 <br /> Received a letter from Lloyd Williams demanding I sign required documents for Mr. <br /> Collier. <br /> 6/1/04 <br /> I responded to Mr. Williams's letter and closed with"The best thing at this point would <br /> be the reversal of the sale while there is still vacant land in our area for you to purchase. <br /> As of this date we have not received an answer. <br /> 7/7/04 <br /> They finally mowed the open part of the field, which was waist high with dry weeds, <br /> leaving the weeds around the perimeter and next to our property. <br /> 7/12/04 <br /> In order to mow next to our property and around some trees, I had to pick up beer bottles <br /> and mow through dog poop. The weeds are about chest high in areas I didn't mow. There <br /> are also piles of brush being left by someone because it looks so unkempt. <br /> 7/22/04 <br /> I mowed along the north end of the "park", and a neighbor stuck his head over the fence <br /> and gave me the thumbs up!! It's pretty sad the property is such a mess. <br /> 8/19/04 <br /> Today I was getting my tractor ready to mow the"park" again and I've had it I <br /> The brush is over my head next to our property line(wherever that is, we still have no <br /> property pins) and I'm sick of dealing with this whole mess! <br /> 7 <br />
